Raven Holmes

My primary goal is to assist my students with and without disabilities so they can promote the skills they need to be successful upon leaving high school. They will maintain a positive relationship with community agencies and understand the importance of recognizing and utilizing services and facilities around them. They will demonstrate a smooth, yet cultivated transition into adulthood as they practice and build their independence skills, community participation, basic living skills, social skills, and skills enabling them for optimal post-school success.
